TERMS & CONDITIONS OF ATTENDING WOMEN’S EVENTS SAN DIEGO

By attending Women’s Events San Diego, you agree to the following terms:

Event Purpose

Women’s Events San Diego is a space created for LGBTQ+ women, women-aligned individuals, and allies. The term LGBTQ+ includes lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer/questioning, and others. The “+” represents the full spectrum of sexual orientations and gender identities, including intersex, asexual, pansexual, nonbinary, and more.

Allies are individuals who may not identify as LGBTQ+ but actively support and advocate for the rights, dignity, and inclusion of LGBTQ+ people. By attending, you acknowledge and support the values of this community-centered space.

Code of Conduct

To maintain a safe, respectful, and joyful environment, all attendees are expected to:

• Treat others with kindness and respect.
• Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior.
• Follow all posted guidelines and instructions from event staff.
• Avoid distributing unapproved promotional materials.
• Not bring professional photography or video equipment without prior written consent.
• Not enter the venue before official opening times.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate removal from the event without refund.

Entry & Admission

• This is a 21+ event. Valid government-issued ID is required for entry.
• Admission is available at the door only, on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Entry may be denied or revoked at the discretion of event staff for safety or conduct concerns.
• If wristbands are used, they must be worn at all times and will not be replaced if lost, tampered with, or removed.
• Only official wristbands issued at the event will be honored. Third-party or resold passes are not valid unless explicitly approved in writing by the event producer.

Refund Policy

All sales made at the door are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued for any reason, including illness, travel disruptions, weather, or personal emergencies. No exceptions.

Photo & Video Notice

By entering the event, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional, publicity, or merchandising purposes. If you prefer not to be included, please inform the photographer or a staff member on-site. While we will do our best to honor your request, we cannot guarantee exclusion from all media.

Reasons for Expulsion (Without Refund)

• Harassing, discriminatory, or unkind behavior
• Over-intoxication or unsafe conduct
• Unauthorized distribution of promotional materials
• Use of unapproved professional media equipment
• Attempting to enter the event before official opening
• Use of fraudulent or tampered wristbands (if applicable)
